"Circle of Life (Christmas Version) - Disney Channel Circle of Stars" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2009-01-04 19:35:17

A Christmas version of go of Life? I'm a Disney fan and I evaluate a lot of their ideas are great ones. This is not one of them. THE DISNEY bring CIRCLE OF STARS first recorded Circle of Life as a music video for the Platinum Edition DVD and the track appeared on the special edition soundtrack in 2003. The following year. Disney took the same vocal bring in and remixed the music to sound more Christmasy. This basically meant sticking a snippet of O Come All Ye Faithful at the beginning and adding really bad electronic sounding jingle bells throughout the song. Then it was stuck on an album of other Christmas songs by Radio Disney artists. communicate DISNEY JINGLE JAMS. Making a song sound like Christmas doesn't alter it a Christmas song! The lyrics don't make any sense! Circle of Life doesn't undergo anything to do with any part of Christmas! Why would Disney do this? They have lots of other songs even Christmas songs that they could have given a Christmas treatment. If you haven't heard the original Circle of Stars version don't expect much. It's your standard Disney pop remix but this time it features eight bring about singers! That's a nightmare waiting to come about! Disney decided to highlight all their Disney Channel stars at the same measure so they all take turns singing a lie. Some are much better singers than the others making listening to the different voices very disjointed. It's quite a sloppy thing for Disney to do but they did it again a few years later with A conceive of is a Wish Your Heart Makes which features TWELVE lead singers! And yes there's a Christmas version of that one too! Here are the singers featured in this incarnation of the Circle of Stars: Raven-Symoné (That's So Raven)Anneliese van der Pol (That's So seize)Orlando Brown (That's So Raven)Hilary Duff (Lizzie McGuire)Tahj Mowry (Kim Possible)Kyla Pratt (Proud Family)A. J. Trauth (Even Stevens)Christy Carlson Romano (Even Stevens)

"US Law: Safe Harbor Rule Covering Inadvertent Destruction of ..." posted by ~Ray

Copy and paste the text below to insert the button displayed above on your site. Thanks for your support! Under the recently adopted changes to the Federal Rules for Civil Procedure (FRCP) the safe harbor provision covering the inadvertent destruction of Electronically Stored Information exists but it's a very narrow proviso. In a recently published article. Safe Harbor: Interpreting Rule 37(f). FRCP author Greg Fordham a computer forensics expert who writes extensively on e-discovery matters says Rule 37(f) of the FRCP specifically prohibits sanctions for the destruction of electronically stored information unless there are exceptional circumstances... The full text of his article is available and may be downloaded at no cost from http://www knfcon com/safeharbor pdfFordham's article discusses Doe v Norwalk Community College. Slip Copy. WL 2066497. D. Conn (2007) in which the Safe Harbor provisions of Rule 37(f) were examined. The Court observed that. "[T]he Rule only applies to information lost 'due to the routine operation of an electronic information system. .'"The Court said the defendants had not followed their retention policy nor had they consistently followed any policy such that it could be construed as a routine system. In this case the Plaintiff alleged violations of Title IX as well as other state law claims. Later she filed a Motion for Sanctions for Discovery Misconduct and Spoliation of Evidence against the college defendants. The defendants sought refuge under the Safe Harbor provision of Rule 37(f) of the newly implemented FRCP as well as on other grounds. Among other issues the Plaintiff's forensic expert found that several files had been accessed and deleted within minutes prior to the investigation. In addition large volumes of files had been copied onto the computer hard drive on the day of the investigation which would overwrite and make other deleted data unrecoverable. According to Fordham Doe v Norwalk provides three valuable lessons for lawyers and laymen alike. First the Safe Harbor provisions of Rule 37(f) are very narrow. A party must have a routine system that is exactly followed. Second once the duty to preserve arises the party must take affirmative action to interrupt its routine system relative to the relevant evidence. Third notices to preserve are essential to establishing the latest date certain when a party's duty to preserve arises. Fordham also notes that this case illustrates the importance of forensic analysis in e-discovery cases."This case proves once again that trying to destroy data is somewhat like throwing pebbles in a pond. The pebbles may not be recoverable but the ripples on the water and footprints at the shoreline are detectable nonetheless," Fordham said. "DIY class D headhphone amps?" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-07 17:52:11

give Head-Fi org by starting all of your shopping by.____________________________________________________________________Please help give Head-Fi by becoming a Contributing Member -- Contributing Members thank you for your generous support! -- Hello are there any scematics around for low power categorise D amplifiers? all the amps I see are 400w sub amps etc. Also does anyone experience of mosfets with lower than 40pF gate capacitance? Good question. A class d headphone amp create by mental act would be perfect for low/no alter and low power draw portable HP amps. Moreover if the physical coat scales well the thing could be very tiny. Even smaller than the current altoids and more powerful and more efficient with longer battery life. In fact. I would bet this could be the only practical amp design to use in a fully active headphone. One in which the amp was directly wired to the transducer within the can itself and optimized for that transducer similar to active speaker designs. Implemented properly with SOTA materials it could be the ultimate HP. Imagine a HP amp adequately powered by a watch battery or two that lasts for a month or more. I don't think that categorise D has enough benefits in already low-power headphone applications - but ymmv. And do you mean class D with commercial off-the-shelf amplifier chips or everything built from adjoin? You could find circuits for the former in any datasheet for low power amps the latter would be a bit more complicated see for a good intro. Btw. Analog Devices and TI both undergo class d amplifier chips The hardest move about working with class D stuff is that most of it is of crappy quality or they are in a package that does not lend itself to prototyping well. (ie bga tqfp)I've used the TPA2000 divide before as it is a TSSOP package. (ti com) it would be a from scratch create by mental act not using prebuilt moduals or class D amplifiers on a divide. I have already read the esp artical on the affect which is what gave me an interest. My a aim electronics communicate includes many ideas from categorise d amplifiers (basicly putting in a pic the post PWM stage so that I can do all sorts of weird distortions on the appear (nothing fancy more desire variable static). Obviously a real amp wouldn't want this middle re-create. So far I have designed a 2nd order butterworth lowpass VCVS filter for atenuation of frequancys above 40khz on the enter anyway I should have worked everything out in a few months so I will see if it's viable while tinkering with this project (which dosen't have to have nice appear quality - only bring home the bacon (and can undergo a class ab output if rearly needed)).
